Hi! My name is Laura Wojciechowski, but people call me Laura Wojo or Lojo (short for Laura and Wojciechowski smashed together). My passion is sculpting/healing bodies, and clean eating!
I have a Bachelors in Fine Art, where my art is sculpting bodies. I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist nutrition guru in the Ashford Park, Atlanta area with specialities in women fitness and corrective exercise.
I'm a mother of a 1 year old amazing little guy and 2 furbabies. I often compete in regular fitness competitions and have obtained a nationally qualified NPC bikini competitor ranking. I enjoy competing in regular fitness competitions based on perfect symmetry and lean body mass to further my education about the body and nutrition. Along with competitions, you will find me researching the latest and greatest nutrition and exercise methods. With personal training, I have also taught numerous barre group classes and small group exercise classes.
I’m a lover of everything fitness and believe that good nutrition leads the way! While working together, you will learn what and how to feed your body for optimal health and fitness. I’m dedicated to feeding the mind, body, soul and look forward to coaching you along your health and fitness journey!
