Matthew Moulder

About Matthew
I have been training since 2006. My career began in the military insuring navy and marine personnel were fit for duty. I transitioned my training to the civilian world in 2012 owning and operating a mobile fitness system that focused on lifestyle personal training for older clients and sports specific training for young athletes. Now I travel to clients and train them one on one.

My favorite quote
Lift and lift often. Life is better when you feel better about yourself.
My training philosophy
My training sessions are geared specifically towards each individual client. Everyone has an ideal environment and preferred training pattern that works best for them and I have the unique ability to understand their needs even if the client is not aware of it themselves (most do not know or are even aware that such a model exists that keeps them engaged in their push towards a healthier lifestyle). My purpose is to help clients reach their fitness goals but more importantly help them to realize their own self-empowerment. Yes, we all work better when we have a partner or guide there with us yet it is self-reliance in ones own discipline, once realized, will ultimately be the most vibrant transformation.
