I am a United states Marine Corps combat veteran, I started out on this fitness path back in 2010 when I found that people I had went to for fitness advice were now coming to me to ask for advice. it was at that point I knew I wanted to help others the same way someone helped me. I offer many types of training form without weights workouts in your home, all the way to Obstacle Race training (i.e. Spartan, Tough Mudder, etc...) I would love to help you crush your goals!
My background: professional obstacle racer, black belt Marine Corps Mixed Martial Arts Program (MCMMAP), personal trainer, personally rehabbed myself after my injury in Afghanistan, 3 years of boxing while I was in high school.
