I specialize in nutrition and weight loss, core training, strength training, and cardiovascular training and conditioning to help you meet any goal. It is very difficult to do it alone. Let me help! If you are serious and ready, I will make sure we get you results and on your way to the lifestyle you want.


I'm available to meet you at your home, apartment, hotel, or office gym. I also love to train outdoors at the park, so we could make that work too.


Each personal training session is developed specifically for you based on your fitness level and goals, so exact formats vary. However, during a typical 55 minute session, you should expect a 5-10 minute warm-up, 30-40 minutes of cardiovascular conditioning and total body strength training, and a 5-10 minute cool-down period.

Gosh, where do I begin?! Michael is awesome! From the moment you walk in and you're greeted with a smile, your name and big high five, you know you're in a great place. My schedule changes weekly and I have to admit, it's difficult to stay motivated. However, he never seems to let me down when I let myself down. He is constantly motivating me and thoroughly checking my progress to make sure I stay the course. I loved looking forward to going there. Working out with Michael was by far the best personal training experience I've ever had, and I've had a lot of different trainers. He switched up the protocol every workout, gave me a meal plan (it even had a fast food option), and a meal diary. When I started I was going twice a week, but once I started seeing results I switched to 3 times a week. The style of training is simple and effective. Upper body is worked 1 or 2 days a week depending on your plan and lower body is worked the end of your week. Every workout includes some time for abs and cardio. Nutritional advice is also provided.
