She believes most individuals intellectually want to commit to get fit or change poor habits. Yet, few will do itfew will sustain it and few will survive the newness long enough to make a difference in their lives.


My favorite client story

Everybody is defined by their story. The problem starts here, if you keep thinking the same thoughts, do and feel the same things, you're basically hardwiring your habits into finite patterns that reflect your finite reality. Like a Japanese gardener, your job is to prune and weed your mental landscape of old patterns of unnecessary behaviors in order to plant new wanted patterns, which will transform the terrain of your mental landscape. Always, in order to change the brain's thought process, you have to come to a new understanding of who you are in the present world so that you can accept new knowledge and have new experiences in the future. If you really want to break your current patterns of behavior, you must overhaul your coveted belief system.
