About Quinlan

My name is Coach Q. Over the years as a trainer, I've been blessed with the opportunity to help others meet their goals, overcome plateaus and feel better about themselves. I have the most experience with healthy individuals, male and females, between the ages of 18-50 years old who wanted to either lose or gain weight. I am silver sneaker certified, so I also have experience training older populations in a group setting and one on one. I've also trained people who had high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and many other diseases, and through my training I was able to help them lower the dosage of their medication and eventually get off of it.  I like to focus on improving the posture and quality of an individual's life, by; strengthening the core, improving balance, improving reactivity, improving flexibility/mobility, and improving the cardiorespiratory system. All of this will be achieved by meeting progressions to ensure we are gradually and safely stressing the body in order to see the results we want
