My fitness plans include strategies for eating healthier, gaining better range of motion with flexibility training, increasing endurance with cardio, and last but not least, resistance training to help you get the beautiful toned body you desire.
I am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I am also CPR certified through the American Heart Association.
Once I started working out regularly a few years after high school, I was hooked! I loved the way I felt and looked after putting in a good session at the gym. I started giving friends advice, and soon I realized my passion - I love helping people reach their fitness goals! When I made the decision to become a personal trainer, I decided that I wanted to reach out to those who have thought about hiring a trainer, but felt it was too expensive. I provide the same services as the high-priced trainers, but for less.
