I am a caring trainer who uses proven techniques to lead clients to a healthier and improved life. I am passionate about coaching clients through weight loss, post-rehabilitation restorative exercise, and sport conditioning. Not every client needs to be drilled by a drill sergeant, and not every client needs to be eased along through the process, but I am great at coaching from all points along that spectrum, in order to ensure that each client stays motivated without being pushed too far.
Everyone deserves to be healthy, and proper nutrition + exercise is the #1 way to get there and stay there. I am passionate about kinesiology and nutrition science, and I ensure that I am up to date on the latest sciences so that my training techniques are efficient, safe, and effective.
