About Samira

Hey heeeey! My name is Samira, but everyone calls me Sam! I am a certified trainer, and I have been training and doing what I love for almost 4 years now. I grew up an athlete, but I didn't always remain in the best shape after my days of playing sports was over. I decided that one day I wanted to feel like my old athletic self again and do everything I can to remain my most healthy self. For me, fitness isn't just about your physical state. It's about your mental state as well. With that being said, I like to challenge people mentally and physically by helping to engage in things that can help your mind while we are reaching the goals that help your body. I like to create a fun atmosphere when I am training, and set a vibe of nothing short of positivity and a space where you can be open and yourself. I will challenge you to be your best, and you'll leave each session feeling accomplished.
