one of my clients is actually my Mother she had a hard time eating right and body pain and other health issues.It was a long road but I am proud to say she did it! lost 55 pounds and feels 20 years younger and no more high blood pressure and body pain all it takes is hard work and dedication

"My favorite exercise is the squat. A squat at the basic level is a daily event for all of us, such as picking up the laundry off the floor or bending down and picking up our kids. Besides toning up areas that we all want to tone, the squat can really protect us from injury during our daily activities. We want weight loss, but we all want to move pain free as well."
