My favorite exercise

Kettlebell Swing
There are so many to choose from, and sometimes it really depends on the individual and their fitness goal. The kettlebell swing is one of my favorite because it's a total body workout that utilizes most of the muscle tissue in the body in one workout. The beauty of this exercise is you can do it anywhere—and it burns more calories than sprinting alone.

I have been training with T-Bone consistently for over 3 months now and WOW! I have seen significant changes in my body. He is extremely creative and every training session is completely different. Unlike most trainers, he doesn't try to "kill me" doing hours and hours of Cardio...he is very knowledgable and provides quick but very effective workouts. Training with him isn't necessarily "easy" but its worth it and great things NEVER came from comfort zones. I highly recommend training with him if you want to be in the best shape of your life!
