I am Will "The Trainer" Phillips. I have 10 years experience in the health and fitness industry. My clients span from Atlanta, Washington DC, Maryland and, Northern Virginia. My fitness programs are tailored to each client and their personal goals.
My training utilizes a unique mix of calisthenics, strength and cardiovascular training. Each program is developed to help progress each client safely step by step. I specialize in personal training, group training, boot camps, sports specific training and, online training.
My favorite client story
My favorite client story is from a current client. My client has committed a total lifestyle change. She has lost over 100 lbs and is now a vegan. She has aspirations of one day competing in a figure competition.
My favorite exercise
My favorite exercise is actually more of a circuit. The circuit is called the 10 x 10 x 10.... 10 squat jumps, 10 jumping or alternating lunges, and 10 burpees.
