The pictures above show my physical self. I am a person who WAS ONCE not in the best physical condition, but if the pictures I provided are any indication than you can see that I AM now. I began to study fitness and nutrition about six years ago and molded myself into what you see here. I have trained others before and all my previous clientele have seen definitive results with whatever goals that THEY have asked me to HELP them achieve.
I work with my clients, asking them questions about their specific desires as pertains to fitness and I build a program based on those answers. I provide knowledge of Bodybuilding,Weightlifting, Body-Weight exercises, Cardiovascular training, HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training), even Fighting Maneuvers that can be turned into an extreme cardio session. YOGA and many various stretches will be taught to the client as well as stretching is a crucial part to muscular health.
I DON'T just instruct my clients on the physical side of things. I educate people about NUTRITION, which is arguably the most important part of health period. What foods are good for you? What foods are not good for you? How do you read a nutrition label? What are the differences and specifics concerning fats, carbohydrates, and protein? What should I look out for when I read the Ingredient Labels on food packages? All of these questions and more will be answered throughout the training.
I DO NOT COUNT CALORIES! (That method doesn't really work.) If asked, I can create a nutrition plan for my clients.

I trained with Zack for about 3 months when I was in Atlanta, GA for business. He told me from the beginning that it was going to be tough, but that I could reach my goals if I "trust the process". I asked him how fast would I be able to lose weight and he replied that it all depended upon myself. The hardest thing to do was stop the constant flow of bread into my system. He says bread is evil. I was horrified by this. But it worked. I noticed results (slowly at first) within the first week and a half. I did not really have a goal except to lose weight. I was 170 pounds only standing 5'4" and I wanted to lower that to around 130. He had me doing hit training, lifting weights, and even kickboxing! I think it was just after 2 months that I had lost 20 pounds and was still losing up until my business in Atlanta ended. But the way he trains you is by teaching you the how and why of exercise and nutrition. 1 year after training with him and I was able to reach 130 and I have kept it there ever since.
