Your workouts and nutrition program will be designed specifically to you and your experience level using science based methods that fit your unique goals, preferences, and lifestyle. I specialize in helping people improve their body composition by losing fat and gaining muscle. To achieve this clients attend 1 to 5 weekly training sessions and follow nutrition and exercise recommendations on their own as well. At sessions clients learn proper exercise technique, which exercises are best for their goals, and how to get and stay motivated. Personalized nutrition plans and recommendations are included with sessions. We'll go over your current nutrition habits and figure out the best ways for you to go about achieving your fitness goals through nutrition. Exercise plans are included with sessions as well. So if you want to do training sessions three times a week and do another workout on your own, you'll know exactly what to do for it. We'll track metrics of progress such as strength, body fat, body weight, tape measurements, etc. to make sure you are progressing towards your goals. I am also available outside of sessions to answer any questions via phone or email. Everyone is unique, so all workouts, exercises, and nutrition recommendations are customized to you as an individual. To ensure the best recommendations possible, all methods are science based and results proven. This means that the exercise and nutrition recommendations made have scientific basis to support their use and have been used with success on myself and/or clients.
