High Intensity, compound body movements, with a focus on technique, progressive conditioning, flexibility/mobility and strength. I have been training clients in the downtown district of Austin, as well as conducting outdoor programs at the park. Fitness is a passion of mine, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
To create programs specific to the clients goals that are progressive in nature. The body is extremely efficient, so it's imperative to create a new stimulus to stress the body as it will adapt overtime. The key to achieving each individuals fitness goals is to strategically manipulate the workout variables in a fun environment. This will allow you to attain a higher level of fitness over the course of training together.
