I offer a realistic, practical, functional approach to adding strength rapidly, trimming down quickly, or putting on some serious muscle that is sustainable in our busy lifestyles. I have been training personally and with individual clients for many years and know the difference between what works and what simply is a trend. The workouts we will undergo will not be of the complex type and are designed to get the most out of your body while putting the lease amount of stress on joints. In order to be consistence with any program I believe one, the program shouldn't be something you despise and two, the exercises should not be causing any actually pain that may lead to injuries. Doesn't mean you wont be sore and wont have to work hard but, it does mean you will have to ability to remain consistence. Consistency leads to results. As for me I have been involved in power lifting, bodybuilding, and endurance based competitions that I done well in. I am former Army and have always maintained high levels of fitness because for me it is a direct reflection of who we are in all areas of our lives. Lets get a move on!

I have always had second thoughts when it came to my fitness and getting in touch with a trainer, but my perceptions changed the day I met Kiah. Let me tell you, he talks about health and real time fitness in a way that even I could understand. With exercises and simplified diet concepts that worked, he made sure to keep me focused on changing my bad habits permanently. Before coming to Kiah, I didn’t like my body. I was out of shape. People used to make fun of me so I felt like I had to hide myself. My friends and myself could have never imagined I would ever be fit. But, I proved to myself and my friends that we were both wrong.
