XLR8 ATHLETIC TRAINING is built on a unique philosophy, which was designed to help athletes obtain peak performance by improving speed, agility, strength and endurance (SASE). It draws from studies taken by numerous areas of focus - Speed and Agility Technique, Sprint Training, Yoga, Pilates, Power Lifting and Sports Training. Utilizing the principles of bio mechanics, kinesiology as well as analyzing the role of whole body functional integration of movement through the facial meridian pathway.

The goal of XLR8 Athletic Training is to turn you into your own personal trainer. I don't teach you how to use a particular machine, I teach you how to train properly to achieve goals and prevent injuries.
