My job is to make life simpler by giving you tools inside and outside the gym to help you achieve your goals and to become a stronger, healthier you! Come in for a free consultation and from there we will map out a program that is specific to you and your goals. Your program will include a resistance training program, cardiovascular program, specific recommended caloric intake, periodic exercise testing to track progress, and principles by which to live a healthy lifestyle.
Make it fun! If exercise is expected to be sustained for life, why make it miserable. Of course not everyone enjoys it at first, but one of my favorite parts of the job is hearing clients express to me that they look forward to working out. Exercise should be fun, rejuvenating, and rewarding!
