My name is Aaron and I have been a certified personal trainer for the past 5 years experience. Even though I'm relatively new, my existing clients have enjoyed success with my tailored programs, specific to each individual. My favorite exercise

The Burpee. In addition to being a great functional exercise, it helps engage nearly every muscle group in the body, works you cardiovascular system and helps build strength as well. A versatile exercise, several variations to the standard burpee will result in a sweat inducing workout.
