About Miles

My philosophy around fitness is that it is synonymous with “capable”. To be your fittest self, is to be your most capable self. This is why I pursue personal relationships with all of my clients to discover what your lifestyle entails and find ways to make you the best at life. We’re all athletes and life is our sport. I will coach you to be the MVP. Whether that means shredding fat, gaining strength, improving mobility and balance, or increasing speed and power, we will create a plan for you.

I’ve been training for 7 years. I started in college helping athletes get in shape over the summer. I also worked in Physical Therapy for 2 years and made the decision to focus on performance and body transformation training during COVID. I launched my marquee program, Athletic Aesthetic, and this allowed me to impact more lives than ever. I am fully emerged in everything fitness. It is my life, my passion, and my story. I simply want to share pieces of this knowledge to help you achieve whatever you want out if your life
