About Chase

My goal is to change your lifestyle to a healthier one through not only training in the gym, but using our on-site kitchen allows me to help you learn how to cook healthy food. Your workouts will be challenging but will keep you wanting to come back for the next one! I push you to your limit but will keep you wanting to come back. I tailor my workouts to the clients wants and needs. I always like to help with nutrition too. Our on-site kitchen is a great tool to teach healthy cooking.


My favorite client story

I had a client come in with a cane and she told me that she was going to have to be in a wheelchair within the next year, and she would have to stay in it the rest of her life. So I convinced her to let me try to help her before she bought it. I trained her for one month and she did not need a cane anymore, and she has walked up sand dunes since then. She is an inspiration to never give in.

The pull-up! It is a great test of strength and how well you can control your body.

My training experience

I played football at Michigan State University from 2007 to 2011. I then was a strength and conditioning coach there for 1 year. After that I moved to Gainesville, FL where I was a strength coach before realizing that personal training was my passion. From there I started training and bought my own gym. I sold that one to move to Littleton, CO and start my newest venture, Whole Health Club.
