About Gary

I'm a nationally certified trainer located in the RiNo district of Denver. I have been training in a one-on-one and group setting since 2013. My approach to fitness begins by identifying your deficiencies in movement and strength in the "big three" lifts; deadlift, squat, and overhead press. My program design is personalized to ensure we build strength and drop body fat in the most efficient way possible while keeping you healthy so you can remain active outside of the gym.

I am passionate about what I do and bring that passion to every session with my clients. I continually grow my knowledge through reading and consulting with other fitness and healthcare professionals to ensure you receive the most up-to-date practices. Also, I have participated in various mentoring and internship programs with other professionals while living in Atlanta.

You can expect me to arrive to each session on time and ready with your program. I enjoy bringing a positive attitude and a good sense of humor to make your time in the gym the best part of your day. All I ask is you come willing to work!
