I am an independent personal trainer, training out of Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness in Denver, CO. I take a whole body approach to my client's training so that my clients can achieve their goals. I love to motivate, educate, and connect with my clients. I understand that changing your life is a journey, and Ilove to help with that journey!
I have worked with female and male clients ranging from ages 16 to 92. I have helped clients with weight loss, muscle gain, stroke recovery, back/hip/shoulder surgery recovery, and athletic performance.
I received my B.S. in Criminal Justice and Advanced Minor in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a NASM Corrective Exercised Specialist.
I recently competed in the NPC Northern Colorado BodyBuilding Championships where I competed in both bikini and figure. I nationally qualified in that competition, which happened to be my first show ever. I will competing in the same show next year in the figure and physique divisions.

Jamie is talented and well rounded. Definently a high reccomendation if you wanna burn fat fast.
I highly recommend personal training with Jamie! I feel like I learn something new in every session. She always asks how I am feeling, how my body is feeling, how the movements are feeling, and is always ready to adapt, modify, or provide different cueing so that I can get the most out of my sessions with her. She is motivating and encouraging and I've never left a session feeling down or disappointed. Jamie is very responsive to all forms of communication and is clear with directions, whether that be the detailed cueing of form or explaining the programming at a high level. She is constantly seeking out new information to improve herself, her training, and ultimately, her clients. I look forward to my sessions with her because even if I know it's going to be a tough leg day, I enjoy catching up with her and I know that she will get me through with her positive attitude!

Jamie is amazing. I met Jamie when I was in Denver last summer going through cancer treatment. Anyone who has been there knows how it slows down your metabolism and energy. Jamie put together a great program to help me get back into the gym that fit my situation and challenged me. She was a joy to get to know!

I have wanted a personal trainer for years and finally got on board with Jamie! She's been great to work with - super communicative and quick to respond whenever I have questions. I love her exuberance and easy-going nature - in just a month I feel like I've made a friend and I always look forward to seeing her and catching up. On top of that, I've been really impressed with her nutrition knowledge. I went to school for nutrition myself, so I know my stuff and am often tough to please in this department. But everything Jamie has offered, from the initial questionnaire to meal plans to random questions has been spot on. If you're looking for a trainer that can adapt to your needs and meet you where you're at while offering the full package, I highly recommend Jamie!

Every workout is different. We never do the same thing twice. She always provides effective workouts for your target areas and I only wish I could afford to see Jamie more often!
