Working out and living out a healthy lifestyle is made possible with a strong mindset. My favorite exercise
The barbell hip thrust is hands down one of my favorite exercises to give to my clients. It's a killer move that really hones in on the booty muscles (aka glutes) which are crucial for building lower body strength and enhancing overall physical performance. With the barbell hip thrust, you get to use a heavier weight than you might with other glute exercises, plus it allows for a greater range of motion which means more bang for your buck! It's also a low-impact exercise that won't put too much pressure on your joints, making it a great choice for clients who might be dealing with pain or injuries. Overall, this exercise is a fantastic way to get those glutes fired up and seeing some real results!
