About Laurie

I’m Laurie Kelly, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, a Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, an ITCA Certified Triathlon Coach, and Certified Adult Running Coach through Road Runners Clubs of America. My mission is to guide, educate, challenge and inspire you to transform into the best version of yourself. Whether you want to be stronger and more flexibile, lhave more energy, eliminate aches and pains, or just look and feel better – I provide motivation, knowledge, and guidance to help get you there. Having spent 35 years in the corporate world, I understand the challenges of maintaining fitness and work/life balance - as well as the challenges of middle age! My training philosophy

Every person is unique, in their physiology, their capabilities, their goals and aspirations. There's no such thing as a "one size fits all" workout or training plan. Carefully-designed, slow and steady progress is the ONLY way to achieve lasting results without pain and injury.

My training experience

I've trained individuals in a big-box gym setting, recreation centers, and privately - which I really enjoy most. I can give my best to each client without worrying about meeting quotas, upselling, and all the "stuff" that comes with working for someone else! The majority of my personal training clients to date have been men and women over 45, with ages ranging up to 80. Since COVID19, I have pivoted to a 100% virtual model, which I ~love~ and so do my clients! It's so convenient, and that's a big part of sticking with a fitness/wellness program.
