I love being active and showing my clients there's more to being healthy then going to the gym everyday. Living a healthy lifestyle can be fun and its all about having a positive mindset!! A typical session is about 60 minutes, different every time and always focusing on injury prevention and proper technique. I pride myself on always being me. Any session you have with me is going to be fun and include great music because whats a workout without great tunes?!?!
