My favorite client story

Two of my clients, which were best friends, ages 45 and 55; both came out losing 20-30 pounds. They both started out with very negative attitudes about the program and had bad health problems with thyroid. Together we changed not just they're body but there whole lifestyle from there on out.

My favorite exercise

Most types of core stability with a combination of high interval training. Including boxing, balancing, core strength training and improvement of neuromuscular efficiency. They are the essentials to a totally healthy for the body, heart rate. proprioception and strength. Tip: Doing cardio before you work out is like trying to drive with no gas. You deplete the muscle glycogen needed to build muscle during your workout. Basically you just burn muscle at this point.
