In the 18 years I have been a trainer, I have benefited from working with people from all walks of life. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and new challenges as a trainer. Each session focuses not only on intensity but also on educating and motivating my clients. You can expect my undivided attention during each training session and a fun, upbeat atmosphere. Each workout will be tailored specifically to your goals and physical capabilities.
My role in improving my client's quality of life is as an educator, motivator, and designer of personalized fitness programs. I stress the long-term health benefits of improving one's strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness, which invariably lead to better appearance, a positive outlook on life, and enhanced self-esteem.
My favorite client story
This is not fair to choose just one favorite! I have 3 pretty amazing stories so I ll keep it short. Laney lost over 100lbs. in 1 year. She was down to 150lbs. before I moved to Houston. No shortcuts, no diet pills, just eating clean and training 3 days a week with me. Morgan and Liz both came to me to prepare for their first figure competitions. Both are now placing in the top 5 at national shows, soon to earn their pro cards.
My favorite exercise
Squats, because if I have to choose just one, it is the most effective. Squats are considered a vital exercise for increasing the strength and size of the legs and buttocks, as well as developing core strength. Isometrically, the lower back, the upper back, the abdominals, the trunk muscles, the costal muscles, and the shoulders and arms are all essential to the exercise and thus are trained when squatting with the proper form.[
