When I train people, I always like to expose them to something new! I want all of my clients to understand the necessary elements of training whether it be for muscle building or fat loss. I like to combine cardio activity with strength training exercises so that you can efficiently burn calories and start transforming your body into lean muscle mass. If you train with me, you will learn various workouts, including ones that you can even do at home! As of now, I mainly specialize in body transformation and helping people get back into shape. However, in the future I would like to start working with people who need balance and stabilization training for certain sports or overall self improvement.
