About Fernando

As your Trainer, I hope to focus on methods that will help you become more mobile, flexible and stable to prevent injury and promote longevity, while steadily progressing to reach your fitness goals. I encourage functional training methods and exercises that utilize resistance, be it weights, elastic bands or body weight. I believe everyone can do their best at whatever level they may be, and that exercise can actually be a very fun and positive experience.
