I quantify and progress every movement, exercise or circuit in order to ensure progression towards the clients goals. I will do high intensity interval training with most of my clients who are looking lower body fat percentage. In doing this, I will typically structure the workout like a timed event or have them complete as many reps as possible within a certain time.
