About Joey

Hello my name is Joey and I will travel to you! I have been training people for 9 years now and have enjoyed every moment. Helping others is the most rewarding feeling I have found, to see them grow and progress towards their goals. I like to focus on my people being strong from head to toe, core focused workouts are a regular thing. I would rather feel limber, be useful, and look good, instead of just looking good and feeling stiff all the time. Longevity and balance are things I strive for in my training, and in my lifestyle philosophy. Too many people burn their wheels and have no tread left later in life.

My training philosophy

I focus on planes of motion that are neglected, most trainers only focus on the sagittal plane. Our body encounters multiple forces acting upon it most of the time and exercise selection should possess those qualities.

I hold multiple certifications and a bachelors degree in exercise science. My experience has grown through trial and error, observing, and learning from experts in the industry along the way.
