I have been training people for 9 years now and have enjoyed every moment. Helping others is the most rewarding feeling I have found, to see them grow and progress towards their goals. I like to focus on my people being strong from head to toe, core focused workouts are a regular thing. I would rather feel limber, be useful, and look good, instead of just looking good and feeling stiff all the time. Longevity and balance are things I strive for in my training, and in my lifestyle philosophy. Too many people burn their wheels and have no tread left later in life.
