About Justin

I have worked with athletes of all ages and abilities. Training athletes 7 year old and up and everybody in between. I specialize in teaching simple hitting and pitching to keep the pitcher balanced, athletic, and explosive to create the best results every pitch and at bat. We will work on specific drills and practice to improve your players game to full potential.

I believe in keeping things simple. Baseball is a game of control, balance, and power. I teach simple drills which will improve the overall results and help the player achieve more power and consistency when playing baseball. With 3 years personal training experience in a big fitness center setting I excelled in helping my clients improve their overall physical well being. I use those same skills when training my client athletes when doing agility and quickness exercises.

I feel working legs and doing squats is the most beneficial exercise for the body because it incorporates so many muscle groups.

My training experience

I have over 15 years of playing experience at the positions of pitcher, catcher and outfield. I have worked for the last 2 years with select little league organizations and most recently helped an ex MLB pitcher work his way towards a comeback. Some coaches think they know pitching, but they don't really understand how to teach pitching... I can. You'll learn how to use your whole body in a fluid directional movement with the most simple moving parts. In other words, you'll throw more strikes and increase your velocity! I also teach hitting and have the tips and drills required to elevate your average and power.
