I'm a former NCAA Division 1 Track and Field Scholarship Hurdler and I was ranked on the top US times list for the 2004 Indoor track season. I have specialize in Weight Gain, Weight Loss, Muscle Building, Conditioning, Speed Training and Hurdle Training amongst other things
Our goal is to not only be your trainer but to also teach you how to take care of yourself. We create customized workout plans and meal plans to cater to your body chemistry and taste buds.
There is no one workout or one diet that will universally work on everyone, and that is why we evaluate your current state and where you would like to get and create something that will work for you.
