Lauri started with my with High blood pressure, high glucose levels (borderline diabetes), overweight, insomnia, anxiety, and on depression medications. I worked with her for a total of two years & she was finally able to keep her weight off, no fad diets, and come off several medications. Apart from my other clients transformations, this is the kind of success that makes me happy!

6 years of training experience, all kinds of clients. Currently competing in Power lifting. Background in Weightlifting, Strength Training, Powerlifting, CrossFit, & Bodybuilding. Work with different types of athletes as well as corrective/rehab clients.
