A North Carolina native, Nashley received her BFA in Dance Performance at East Carolina University. In the spring of 2014, she presented undergraduate research: Cross Training methods in yoga for professional dancers. Along with dance studies, Nashley pursued an interest in nutritional science, though she did not finish the degree yet. Much of Nashley's academically investment comes from kinesiology, anatomy, and research methods in order to continue training and being active in a smart way that feels good internally, which is rewarding in itself!
She has just moved from Chicago, where she was a company dancer in Concert Dance Inc, to the Houston area. Nashley has always taken an interest in fitness, balance, bodyweight training, and strength because it parallel so much with her passions in dance and physical movement expression; in the spring of 2017 she became a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM and looks forward to sharing personal training as a physical motivation to everyone!
