My favorite exercise

Calisthenics, TRX suspension training system, functional training, traditional body building, cross training, plyometrics, core exercises and more! Nasir use these and many other exercises with clients because they are the safest mostly using body weights. Further, these exercises boost metabolism which results in fat shredding even during when clients are not working our and adds lean muscle mass.

20 years of experience in personal training in Europe and in the United States, author of fitness books, Newspaper and fitness magazines columnist, exercise sciences researcher, teacher, coach and developer of personal trainer.My experience in personal training includes providing my services to clients from 10 years of age to 92 years of age individuals with different goals including but not limited to weight loss, toning, competitions, athletic training, senior fitness, body transformation, disease prevention, sports conditioning, posture corrections, flexibility enhancements, core conditioning, pre and post surgery rehab, skeletal and joint issues, group fitness training, Brazilian butt and more.
