About Robert
I treat each client differently, recognizing that what works for one person may not work for another. I believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard, smart training and a little bit of determination. Since 2013 I have pushed clients past what they thought were their physical limits and on to reaching passed their expectations of what they thought they were capable of reaching.
I believe in intense training programs that are rich in variety, challenging your muscles and cardiovascular system while focusing on the mind/body connection.
I try to always stay active, with hiking, trail running and boxing, Yoga, and Weight lifting at the top of my list.
