SHEFALI WEBSTER is a graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, a Certified Personal Trainer, Orthopedic Exercise Specialist & Fitness Nutrition Specialist from the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and a certified Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED through the American Heart Association. She echoes the expertise of her numerous mentors. Shefali embarked on her exercise career under the tutelage of Texas native David W. and Caribbean native Carlene N.
She traces her love for exercise back to her high school days of being a Varsity Volleyball player and her six years of modeling both independently as well as under a sign talent agency.
Today, during her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening, exploring different aspects of foreign cultures, traveling, and discovering the many various facets of the exercise world.

I was looking to transition trainers during the time I began working with Shefali. I loved that I was able to continue with the things I was use to, but to find that I was getting more than what I expected. She has helped me accomplish small term goals which makes me want to invest in her for my long term goals. While I'm one who doesn't like to exercise I like that I can work at my own pace while she continues to push you to keep going.
