Hello! My name is Valentin Chapa and I have a burning passion for anything dealing with the fitness industry. My specialty is HIIT Training (High Intensity Interval Training) and Strength Training, but that doesn't mean I'm limited there. I am capable of rehab training as well. What you'll expect from me is a very fun, energetic atmosphere, while at the same time serious enough to learn proper techniques and mechanics. I will also give advice dealing with your diet, you'll receive a custom tailored workout program, accountability, along with you having me there to motivate you to do better than the day before! Just remember, in order for me to help you I'll need you to take the necessary steps to give me the chance! You've gotta push yourself, It's called resistance training for a reason!
My favorite client story
As much as I'd love to share the journey/story of one of my many clients, I can not. Why you may ask? It's simple, I love everyone of my clients and they all have made superb improvements, compared to we first started. Whether it was weight loss, a gain of self-confidence, strength increases, or the ability to walk better. So for me to choose a favorite client story I can not because I am proud of them all.
My favorite exercise
I simply do not have one favorite exercise, but four! I love Shoulder Press, Bench Press, Squats and Deadlifts. These four compound movements are the best exercises to increase strength, stability, and muscle growth.
