Fitness during pregnancy and postpartum is encouraged in many prenatal and postpartum health care plans. The prenatal and postpartum performance training approach that I want to share with you is to help your prepare for the demands of pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood. The program I offer prepares for postpartum recovery during your pregnancy! If you have already had your baby, there is program just for you too. We will focus on rebuilding your body in order to enjoy the growing baby who will be walking in no time. Besides being a certified fitness coach specializing in prenatal and postpartum fitness, I am also a birth professional (doula & childbirth educator). I have a background in Health Coaching, Emergency Medical Services, and Women's Services. However, I keep it simple. I am a motivating coach, not a drill sergeant.
