I began my fitness journey in 2004 when I joined martial arts class with my son. Through my training, I found that I physically and mentally felt better. My journey then changed to learn more about our bodies and health. I began training to lose weight and improve my strength and conditioning. Throughout my training, I decided I want to share my knowledge and help others to live a healthier lifestyle.
I currently train others to build up strength, condition their body, better body functions and mobility, and to build muscle.
I do push for everyone to do their best and to never give up.
