Hello to all! My name is Sal Vitale. I am a National Academy of Sports medicine (N.A.S.A) certified personal trainer. I specialize in weight loss, resistance training, joint stability and youth training. As far back as I remember, I have always been physically fit and always manage to stay in good health whether I am playing sports, enjoying outdoor activities such as hiking/swimming/biking and walking over 10 miles a day on our family trip to Disney World. I was doing cardio and resistance training and have fell in love with being healthy and feeling strong. Training my family and friends is what led me to become a personal trainer. Working with them and seeing their transformation gave me an incredible sense of satisfaction! I knew then I wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals.
