One of my most passionate beliefs is that everyone CAN and SHOULD engage in fitness and personal health. My goal is to make exercise and health improvement accessible, sustainable and enjoyable to everyday people like myself and you. My training experience
I began training as youth in middle school playing basketball. Ever since, I've learned to love and embody everything there is about healthy physical activities, even after I stopped playing basketball. The one thing I wish I could change was to have someone to guide and coach me through my beginning years. I've come to realize how important it is for not just your safety, but also your goals to have a plan and knowledge to follow through the plan. Even though, I enjoyed the learning process, I know that if I had a knowledgable coach/trainer, I could've added many more years of progress to my goals.

Alex is an amazing trainer that I started off with when I first got into weight lifting. He set up an superb 10 week program tailored for me based on my goal, which was strength training and muscle gaining. The workouts in his program were simple, yet effective at helping me achieve my goals. Alex also teaches extremely well at how to use a specific group of muscle during the workout. He helped me improve my form for exercises like squats and deadlifts to make sure I don't injure myself during the exercise. Alex was the best trainer I could have asked to start my weightlifting journey with.
Alex is a wonderful trainer who helped me learn to be confident in myself and reach my goals. He is very knowledgeable and insightful. He personalized a program just for me.
