NASM certified and former Equinox Trainer, Alexandra Lucille has over 10 years of training experience, specializing in weight loss, pre and post natal training and corrective exercise. In addition to meeting the requirements of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (the industry standard) she has undergone over 150 hours of vigorous education with the Equinox Fitness Training Institute and is certified in pre/post natal training, Trigger Point therapy, performance enhancement and is a Precision Nutrition certified nutritionist.
As an experienced bikini competitor and former MMA fighter, Alexandra knows what it takes to transform your mind and body to win.

Alex has been training me for about 9 months now. We started when I was six months pregnant and she's helped me through out pregnancy and now post natal to achieve my pre-pregnancy body. She is very knowledgeable about different excercises and makes the session fun and different each time. She also knows my limits and pushes me accordingly. After my sessions with her, I feel great! We address all muscle groups with my goals in mind. I credit her for helping me get back in shape so quickly after my baby. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
