Alison Machabee here. I’m a dancer, personal trainer, artist, and lover of all things MOVEMENT! I am Certified Personal Trainer under the National Council on Strength and Fitness, a certified Pilates Instructor, and hold a BFA in Dance Performance.
My approach to training is one of balance and joy. I’ve helped my clients learn to truly enjoy exercise. They build strength, tone up, and lose weight, all while learning the fundamentals of lifelong training that allow them to create healthy, long-term lifestyle changes. I bring my holistic philosophy, positive attitude, and knack for a good challenge to every session.
