After trying numerous fitness "crazes" and diets, owner/operator Alyssa Nastasia has found that training for strength and conscious eating have helped her create strong, lasting habits.
Alyssa's health and fitness journey began at the age of 16. She was preparing to audition for College Musical Theater Programs and realized that her weight was pigeonholing her into certain roles. She lost 40 pounds by exercising, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and has kept it off for nearly 15 years.
