About Andrew

Andrew is a (NASM) certified personal trainer who specializes in; fitness nutrition, performance enhancement, corrective exercise (muscular imbalances), upper extremity rehab and advance stretching & flexibility.

Andrew Mason started in the fitness industry approximately 7 years ago . He has an athletic background in a few sports such as: tennis, soccer, swimming, running (sprinting 100-200m races) as well as Men's Physique (Bodybuilding). He still participates in the latter sport.

In 2012, Andrew placed 7th, in 2013 5th and in 2016 3rd in Barbados' National Men's Physique competition. Andrew believes in "practice what you preach" or rather "preach what you practice." The amazing transformation of his physique created a sparkling interest to help others achieve their health & aesthetic goals. His goal is for you to achieve your goal or rather goals, whether it is fat loss, building muscle, increasing strength, toning, or just increasing athletic performance, speed, agility & quickness.
