My favorite client story
I was working with a client who wanted to compete in physique competitions however his lack of mobility would cause him major pain after a workout. His mobility had dramatically decreased after he had a surgery. This was a big obstacle keeping him from reaching his goal since he could no longer increase the weight in his lifts without major repercussions. When working together we focused on improving the quality of his movement. When we first started he could barely lift his arms over his head, a few months later this was no longer the case. He was free to build as he needed to compete. I cant express in writing how fulfilling this was for me and the biggest reason I focus on post rehab/ injury prevention.
My favorite exercise
Any and all core exercises.

I was referred to Andrew by a friend after I had tried getting back to running. I had been cleared by my doctor to exercise again but I could not go more than fifteen minutes without my old injury acting up. Andrew is very passionate about his profession and demonstrates a deep understanding of what's at stake. He custom designed me a post rehab program that significantly improved my well being the very same week we started it. This has really helped my knee and we have been able to tackle a lot of other barriers all while getting in better shape. Thanks a million Andrew I look forward to working with you over the next six months.
My name is Cassidy and I met Andrew some years ago now. When we first met I was out of shape and felt lost on where to start my fitness journey. He was very patient with me when I didn't know what I was doing and now I feel strong and confident in my abilities. When we first met, I was so worried about getting injured again but we worked on ways to train safely and improve my posture and performance while we did it. Present-day, I'm stronger and leaner than I've been in years. I'm not scared of hurting myself again and have a healthy release from my stress. Thank you Andrew for all of your guidance to help me get here!
