I am a hybrid functional style fitness trainer/athlete. Although I’ve worked at gyms (LA Fitness & NYSC) and used weights my whole life, I focus on calisthenics (body weight training) due to the fact that it’s easier than making an excuse of “not having a gym”. Mixing up my workouts & using anything is my specialty. I train for sports performance, fat loss, muscle gain, aesthetics, and so on. My primary goal is to positively influence and help everyone and anyone to go after a better life (mentally and physically) using the fitness world. Health is extremely important, so helping my clients with their nutrition, although I am not certified, and fitness is a big thing for me. I hope to teach people that it’s much easier than what it may seem, my role is also to help people become more knowledgeable within this lifestyle!
Typical sessions will go as stated:
1. Warm Up/Dynamic or Light Stretches/Mobility Work (Mobility will depends on clients needs)
2. Strength/Endurance/Cardiovascular Training
3. Cool down/Massage Session with Massage Gun.
(That would be a typical session. I do not want to further complicate things, so I will keep the description simple. Depending on clients abilities & needs, this may change.)
My favorite exercise
No one specific exercise, however my favorite type are calisthenics. Gives me the ability to workout anywhere and any time; now there's no reason to make an excuse.

I have been a certified trainer for 2 years; I am certified with ISSA and Vertimax Training. Although I have been certified for 2 years, I have been training for 4; training athletes before I became certified.
